ENGINEER TRAINEES (AETs)/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MT-HR) for its various Manufacturing Units at Mysore, Bangalore, KGF, Palakkad and Marketing Division.

TRAINING PERIOD/ CONTRACT PERIOD
i) Engineer Trainees & Management Trainees - Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year, from the date of their joining.
ii) Asst. Engineer Trainee - Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of two years, from the date of their joining.

REMUNERATION
i) Engineer Trainees & Management Trainees - Selected candidates will be placed on a starting basic pay of Rs.16,400/- pm in the pay scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500 during their training period. Apart from the above, Dearness Allowance and applicable allowances will also be payable as per Company Rules. On successful completion of their training period and on assessment of suitability they will be absorbed as Engineer/ Officer (Grade-II) in the same pay scale with one additional increment (@3% of Basic Pay) and will be on probation for a period of one year.

ii) Asst. Engineer Trainee - Selected candidates will be placed on a starting basic pay of Rs.12,600/- pm during their 1st year training and Rs.12,980/- pm for the 2nd year training in the pay scale of Rs. 12600 – 32500 during their training period. Apart from the above, Dearness Allowance and applicable allowances will also be payable as per Company Rules. On successful completion of their training period and on assessment of suitability they will be absorbed as Asst. Engineer (Grade-I) in the same pay scale with one additional increment (@3% of Basic Pay of 2nd year training) and will be on probation for a period of one year.
