(Freshers) Research Associates / Junior Research Fellow (JRF) @ Thiruvananthapuram
Applications are invited for Research Associate and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Physics. Applications are invited for 'Research Associate” and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the Solar Energy Research Initiative (SERI) project of DST, Government of India titled, Incorporation of Plasmonic structures to improve Organic Photovoltaics'.
Name of the Post : Research Associate
Qualification & Experience :
• Ph.D. with minimum of 55% marks in M.Sc or M.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks (Areas related to solar cell/organic electronics /Physical sciences/Chemical Sciences/Material Science/Engineering).
• Those who have submitted PhD thesis may also apply.
• Preference will be given to those with published research work of high quality.
Salary : Rs. 22,000/- plus HRA per month
Age :
• The upper age limit 35 Years on 16.05.2012.
• A relaxation of 5 Years is applicable to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.
Duration : One Year (extendable for another year, on review of performance)
Name of the Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualification & Experience :
• M.Sc/B.Tech/BE/MS in Physical Science/Physical Chemistry/chemical science/ Materials Science/Electronics or related Field with 60% marks and qualified in one of the national level tests such as CSIR-UGC/GATE/JEST.
• Preference will be given to those with published research work of high quality.
Salary : Rs. 16,000/- plus HRA per month
Age :
• The upper age limit 28 years on 16.05.2012.
• A relaxation of 5 years is applicable to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.
